Zepold LLC ("Company" "we" or "us") is devoted to making sure all your privacy rights are respected. We take many measures to ensure that our users’ privacy is compliant with all the current and applicable privacy and data laws. The Company believes that our users have the right to the utmost privacy levels.

Data Collection

Certain data may be collected when using the Installation Product and downloading and making use of the Software. The collected data includes both Personal and Non-Personal Data.

Personal Data means information that can identify or may, with reasonable effort, identify an individual, including online identifiers such as IP address.

Non-Personal Data means data that is unidentifiable or aggregated data. This can be technical data transmitted by the device you are using. In any event, such data is not used to identify individuals.

All collection of Personal Data will be according to the following lawful principles (under the GDPR):

• (i) Subject to our legitimate interest, we process online identifiers for operation and functionality purposes;
• (ii) We will process your contact details if you make contact with us of your own wish as well as any information provided to us for the purpose of carrying out our agreement with you;
• (iii) When consent is necessary by the relevant laws, we will process certain Personal Data subject to obtaining your consent.

Information we collect will be maintained for as long as needed in order to provide our services and to comply with our legal commitments, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements if applicable, all subject to relevant laws and your instructions. This Privacy Notice shall not be interpreted as a commitment to store information and we may at our own discretion delete or halt recording and storing any and all information.

Data Sharing

Personal Data will be shared with third parties only in the cases detailed below:

• Regulatory Process: Due to any law, legal process, or government request or for the purpose of ensuring our agreements and policies, exercise form or defend our rights and third parties’ rights and any relevant action needed in this regard, we have the right to share your Personal Data to comply with such requirements. Additionally, we have the right to share your Personal Data to prevent or detect illegal activities as well as suspected fraud.
• Service Providers: In order for the Installation Product and Software’s features to be provided, we have the right to share Personal Data with our Service Providers. We do not allow such Service Providers to make use of your Personal Data for any reason other than to perform our instructions.
• Your Consent: Subject to receiving your approval, we have the right to share your Personal Data with third parties. Nonetheless, if due to your approval, your information is shared, the Personal Data shared is subject to such third party’s privacy policies.
• Affiliates: Personal Data may be shared with our affiliated companies, such as a parent company, subsidiaries, or other companies under common control, only if and when relevant or necessary.
• Corporate Transactions: If a corporate transaction takes place (e.g. sale, merger, consolidation, etc.), Personal Data may be shared, all done so in compliance with the applicable laws.
• Payment & Fraud Exposure: We may share online identifiers with our business partners for the purpose of exposing fraud and calculating payments.

Rights & Controls Related to Your Personal Data

According to the data protection and privacy laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to your Personal Data processed by us. These rights may consist of one or all of the following:

In addition, you have the right to request that your information will not be sold, if applicable.

Children's Data

Regardless of the above-mentioned, we do not collect or store Personal Data of children knowingly, specifically under the age of sixteen (16) as defined under relevant laws. If we become aware that a user considered a child has shared any Personal Data with us, we will delete such data. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), please be sure to review this Notice with your parents or legal guardians.

This Notice may be amended or updated at our sole discretion or in the event it is required under relevant laws.
